Located a short distance from Riverside Park, this turn of the century mid-rise complex has the perfect combination of pre-war charm and modern conveniences. To preserve its appearance, the galvanized cornice was recently replaced with over 220 linear feet of new decorative copper to match historical photographs. The custom-made decorative ornaments include 33 lion heads, 34 swags with leaves, 34 fleur-de-lis, 17 shields and 16 anthemia. Over 6,500 pounds of copper (32 ounce for ornaments and 24 ounce for panels) were used to rejuvenate the cornice and restore it to its natural beauty. As the copper ages into its natural patina, it will beautifully contrast the light brick face.
