The Park Synagogue expansion project enhances the overall campus by enlarging the sanctuary while also adding a chapel, a reception area, and restrooms, along with additional gathering spaces for services and celebrations in a new family community hall. A new veranda outside the hall permits services and events to take place year-round. Installation of the project elements required precise detail and careful coordination among the design team, construction manager, façade contractor, fabricators, and field installers.

Fabricators Metal Tech Global provided custom copper cladding and decorative metal to match the original system, ensuring transitions between the original and new structures will be seamless after the new copper patinates. Wall cladding installer Mohawk Construction and Supply created a precision pre-layout to avoid mis-fabrications. During installation, the Mohawk team also took significant care to avoid denting, creasing, or scratching the copper, attention to detail that resulted in a quality copper façade that was free of blemishes.
